Shipping policy

Do we ship world wide?

Currently we are only shipping within Canada, but we have plans to expand when we are a bit more established!

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Current processing time is less than 1 week (including making, packaging, and delivering to the post office). 
• Custom order processing time may be longer. 
• Shipping time may be delayed due to the Canada Post Strikes. Normal Shipping time is as follows:
  • Local - 1 to 3 Business Days
  • Regional - 3 to 6 Business Days
  • National - 4 to 10 Business Days

Where is my Parcel?

• All parcel orders will have tracking numbers which you can search using your code on the Canada Post Website. 
• Letter Mail may or may not have tracking. We require customers to wait the full processing time and shipping time before reaching out about their missing orders. 
• It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct when completing their purchases. Skylit Studios is not liable to replace parcels which have the incorrect shipping address. 

Tariffs / Duties

• In regards to international shipping, customers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and potential handling fees.
